1. Is Shipping Included in the Prices?
     If the item is 'free shipping', you won’t need to pay for the shipping cost, wherever you are.
     For products without ‘free shipping’, you just need to click the destination country and shipping method on the products page, then you will see the estimated shipping cost. Or you can check the shipping cost in your “Shopping Cart” when choose the shipping method.
 
2. How Do You Ship the Products I Ordered to Me from SDSHOBBY.COM?
     Generally we ship small and medium sized orders by international express delivery such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS etc.
 
3. How Long Will It Take To Deliver?
     The total delivery time includes two parts, the processing time and the shipping time.
     The processing time: your payment is received –> all the items are packed and ready to deliver, generally 3-5 workdays;
     The shipping time: packaged delivered –> package to the final destination, generally 7-15 workdays (10-16 workdays for free shipping products);
 
4. Are the Packages Insured? 
     Express delivery is insured and trackable online. We’ll email you with a tracking number once your goods are sent out so that you can trace your own delivery.
     You can add sipping insurance to your order when proceed to check out. We offer shipping insurance 1% of the value of goods to protect your package against any lost shipments.
     Any missing issues informed, we will reship your order immediately.
 
5. Can I Save Some Money on Shipping?
     Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to collect all items they want in one order. That way, each item shipping cost could be minimized. 
     If your order is no hurry, it is suggested that you choose the standard shipping method, which would be much cheaper than using express delivery.
 
6. Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?
     We choose our courier depending on many factors, e.g. countries/regions, time, different circumstances, different express company policies etc.
     Based on our customers’ expected delivery time, we would flexibly choose the courier services.
 
7. How to Track My Order?
     Sign in at SDSHOBBY.COM and you can check all your orders status in your account.
 
     We’ll email you with the tracking number once your order is shipped out. Also you can check the tracking number in your account information at SDSHOBBY.COM.
